orange business mobile phonesAre we the Orange Network or a department of Orange?
No. We are an independent company working solely with the Orange Network. Your account management will remain directly with Orange and your bills will continue to come from Orange as they do now. You are also able to discuss your account with Orange call centres as you do now. Our mission is to keep clients on the Orange Network as opposed to them moving to the likes of O2 or Vodafone.

Why do we provide this service, why do Orange work with Network Retentions?
Obviously we are rewarded by the Network when we retain a client or find them a new customer. Although we are paid by the network, fees do not affect your costs in anyway. Networks could alternatively employ more staff, however they have a great deal of customers so channel partners are utilised instead. Simple.

How much can Network Retentions save me?
We usually save clients around 30% but savings of 40% are not unusual, however saving client’s money is only half of what we do.

Will I have to pay for new handsets?
It is rare that a customer should have to pay anything, however it is the Orange banding system that determines which handsets are free of charge.

You would notice no tangible difference whatsoever. However over the course of the contract period we would provide you with our optional monthly newsletter and 12month tariff review. Crucially you have the choice of who to ring each time you require assistance, your dedicated account manager or the network call centre. We work hard to ensure we are the natural first port of call for all of our clients by providing a brilliant service.

Can I still discuss my account with Orange and do my bills still come from Orange?
Absolutely.

 

I only have a few handsets is it worth using Network Retentions?
Yes. The more you spend the more likely we are to make savings. Even if usage is low, we will often be able to offer clients more for their money. Don’t forget it’s all about providing a higher level of service, which will benefit any size of business.

How much does our service cost?
It's completely free, as we are paid by our network partners.

How long does a consultation last?
20 mins to 2 hours, depending on the size and complexity of your mobile fleet.

When will we get our new mobile telephones?
If you are out of contract or within the last 3 months of your contract period, handsets will usually be with you within 48 hours. This may take longer if the chosen handsets are out of stock. If you are not within the upgrade period we would have to wait until the early upgrade date as this is fixed by Orange.

When will my bills reduce?
Upon your next billing date after the account upgrade has taken place.
